Poor customer service There were delivery issues. My order was placed on April 1. On May 5, I received a notice informing me that there was a delay in shipping. On May 15 (my order had still not arrived), I received a request for a review. I informed them that I had yet to receive my order. They then told me that my order was delivered on April 27. I had never received notification that my order had been shipped, a tracking number, or notification that it had been delivered. After a series of correspondence on how to resolve this issue, I suggested that we should come to a compromise so that I would receive my shipment. Then I got ghosted. Edit: Their response is false. No email in my inbox or spam 2 days after their reply here.

Fraudsters Fraudsters. After purchasing the T-shirt for the first time, they promised a 20% discount on your next purchase. I entered the code several times and the code is not valid. I have sent an email asking several times and no response. I bought a second product and did not receive any discount. This is fraud.

I had forgotten that I even ordered… I had forgotten that I even ordered this hood. It was exactly as advertised. The Saskatchewan emblems are amazing and I have received many compliments on it. This could only be better if it was made from cotton and not polyester/rayon. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the quality of the product.
