We had no electrical connection there, so I just added 3 flameless candles on a round craft mirror. I sprayed the sphere in silver leaf, and added some silver leaves and crystal berries for romantic bling.

Excellent customer service Update: after I returned the items, one of the staff member spoke with me and they resolved my issues. Now, that’s customer satisfaction at its best! I’m purchasing there again and I absolutely recommend event decor direct.

Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. The descriptions on line are very accurate and easy to understand. I used the live chat feature with great success. The material I bought exceeded my expectations and will work perfectly for what I have planned. This is my second year buying from Event Direct and I will not seek another vendor. Also I am located in Florida as they are and the shipping is super duper fast.

Product and quality is good, but... Product and quality is good. The one disappointment is that I received one upright pipe damage. There was a dent in one of the pole and it was hard to put it in or take out. I know that one of the pole was mail to me intentionally, because The carton and wrapping was in good condition, no holes on carton or carton crushed. I didn’t have enough time to mail the product back and get a replacement on time for my event so I end up keeping the dent upright pipe.

Personal attention I have not received my order yet, but was contacted by one of your people about a problem with my order. He was so very patient with me because I am electronically challenged.
