Great Service I want to say with all the available sources to order products on line many are unbendable with returns or cancelations. Our designer, for my daughter's wedding, advised us that the product we had ordered would not work in the wedding space after we had placed our order from Event Decor Direct. As it was only 48 hours after we ordered, I quickly went on line and explained the situation and also sent an email. Within days I received a full refund! I just ordered from this company and… I just ordered from this company and I'm shocked to see these reviews I seen another site and they stated they were good. I have not received my product as of yet, but this makes me very nervous. I normally stay with the same company, so I don't have to deal with hassles if anything may come damaged, which I only dealt with twice, but it was corrected immediately, but my client wanted these charger plates she seen from the website. fingers are cross will keep you updated.

This is my second time ordering from… This is my second time ordering from EDD, and I am disappointed. I purchased a floral back drop , two bases, a cross bar, and one upright. I never received the netting and the pins were the wrong size. I was hoping this would be ready for a venue setup for the weekend. I will now have to refund and disappoint a customer. This backdrop set up is not a cheap purchase. Expected more professionalism from EDD. Customer service was contacted for urgent assistance and no response was heard. Not a happy experience with EDD
