I am very impressed with their customer service, at first I thought I didn’t get what I ordered, and their customer service team hit me up within a timely manner to make my experience better. Well turned out that I actually had it and the gift that I ordered was awesome! My fiancé loves it! Definitely buy!

GBEasy, smart and fun Smart, recycling packaging, easy to use ingredients and solid recipes. One omission is that the recipes don't state the amount of alcohol with which to start. I guess they were designed for a 750 ml recipe. A little clarity would help there but otherwise, totally happy with the purchase.
