GBGlass in the Package Arrived Shattered (Updated) Update: Craftly reached out to me to have my order refunded and offered to send me a free kit as an apology. I've ordered from them 2 other times with no issues, and due to their prompt response, I will likely order from them again. The glass in the package arrived shattered and the whole box had to be thrown out. I understand that this could be the shipping company and not Craftly, but Craftly should make sure to package the glass so it doesn't shatter everywhere. I am currently in communication with Craftly for a refund. FYI -- Their emails go to the Junk folder initially.
