I ordered 2 ornaments the 1st of… I ordered 2 ornaments the 1st of November, in which I still have not received as of January. I paid 42.00 for 2 ornaments, the ornaments are 2 inches tall. Bakven sends me a email that I need to send them 12 more dollars for shipping. I gave them the right address to mail, they said it came back to them. All I want is my ornaments.

1st Christmas Ornament Bust Ordered an ornament for my son and his wife's first Christmas together on Thanksgiving weekend. Checked on it via email the week before Christmas and it's 12 January and still no ornament. Will never order from them again.

I ordered a family decal about a month ago. I ordered a family decal for the window for the Fall. All 8 of the grandkids names and the 3 dog names were on the pumpkins and we are in the middle of September and no correspondence if it has been shipped or tracking information.
