GBCustomer service sucked (still) Customer service sucked. Tracking of the item was a horror show and then when it got here the quality of the item was on par with what my 5 year old grandchild would produce. You’ve all taken a horrible loss in our life and made it worse with your unbelievably high level of incompetence. Stop contacting me! Update: You would all do yourself a huge favor to remove this feedback feature from your sales platform. Additionally when a customer says stop contacting me that includes here too. Your empty boilerplate response is a joke and if anyone were to read all of the feedback here they’d get the same sense that you don’t care, you ripped off another customer and you’re nothing more than a fraudulent service providing something that is nothing like what you advertised. You can trust that I’m working harder than ever to get you removed from social media advertising for this so that you can’t victimize anyone else.

GBKeep away and save your money! This company offers you a chance to preview the custom made doll for an additional fee, 25 dollars, in order to make changes if necessary. What they don't tell you up front is that when they send you the preview thru email, you have 24 hours to respond and then after that they will send the product assuming you approved if you don't respond. I received the preview email at 1:30 am but didn't see it till 2 days later when I received a notification thru the Shop app that my product had shipped. The doll did not look anything like the subject and needed to be corrected. When I contacted the company they said to send the doll back and they would make corrections. I received the doll and contacted the company to send the doll back and now I'm informed that it will take three months to correct it. But if I want it sooner I could give them another 30 dollars to expedite it. Why pay for a preview if the company is not going to wait for your approval? Then tell you that it'll be three months to get the doll corrected, unless you send more money. What a racket.
