GBI liked that I could put £100 on my… I liked that I could put £100 on my card. However I could not put another £100 on my card the following day - this I disliked. Also, I bought a second card in store, but then I could not register it on-line. I tried several times over 2/3 days - still no luck - I disliked that the system kept telling me that there was no account and an invalid PIN. I know I entered the details correctly. There is little point jn Trustpilot advising they will investigate further as the cards have now been returned to the store with an explanation - nothing then transpired.

GBI found it confusing topping up my… I found it confusing topping up my Christmas savings card online. I went round in circles. I did it but it implied I’d added money to another card as it didn’t display the running balance after my top up. It needs to be easier to navigate.

GBI just wanted to order a pandora gift… I just wanted to order a pandora gift card but i had to go through a lot of stages getting an activating code for Asda i dont know why i couldnt just get Pandora then i had to get a verification code, Far to hardwork. Please can you make it simpler next tim Thankyou
