I just wanted to order a pandora gift… I just wanted to order a pandora gift card but i had to go through a lot of stages getting an activating code for Asda i dont know why i couldnt just get Pandora then i had to get a verification code, Far to hardwork. I liked that I could put £100 on my… I liked that I could put £100 on my card. However I could not put another £100 on my card the following day - this I disliked. Also, I bought a second card in store, but then I could not register it on-line. I tried several times over 2/3 days - still no luck - I disliked that the system kept telling me that there was no account and an invalid PIN. I know I entered the details correctly. There is little point jn Trustpilot advising they will investigate further as the cards have now been returned to the store with an explanation - nothing then transpired.

I found it confusing topping up my… I found it confusing topping up my Christmas savings card online. I went round in circles. I did it but it implied I’d added money to another card as it didn’t display the running balance after my top up. It needs to be easier to navigate.
