GBI’ve ordered two personalized custom… I’ve ordered two personalized custom blankets from Monogram Online and could not be happier with both. The quality is excellent and the size is perfect. One was a baby blanket the other a regular blanket. Both were gifts to my grandson and my mom and they were perfect. Like I said I could not be happier with my orders.

GBThe monogram looks great; stitching is very poor. The monogram looks great. However, the seam on the pillowcase is already apart after only one use. I have two other similar pillowcases that I have had for over five years and this has not happened with either of those.

GBDissatisfied with bracelet I am completely dissatisfied with my bracelet. It looks like something I could have purchased at Walmart for half of the price. One of three things happened: 1) I ordered the wrong one. The one I thought I ordered was thinner and definitely more feminine, 2) This is a men's bracelet or 3) I was sent the wrong one by accident. Additionally it took far too long to receive. Is it possible to return the bracelet for credit ?

GBMonogramOnline… DONT DO IT! What went wrong with my order???? EVERYTHING! Worst of all their customer service “person”. Need I spell his name?My assumption is this is a one man show! So argumentative and frankly rude. If a customer isn’t happy, aren’t you supposed to make them happy? Cost of doing business? Not this company! I NEVER dealt with this kind of customer service. I ordered 10 beach towels, cheap quality but hey, I didn’t get my hands on them to assess the quality so I took the chance . The printing is another story.It was not legible on several towels and I just wanted it rectified.No such luck. BE WARNED this online shopping experience was like none other.

GBfour CUTE matching towels I ordered four matching, personalized towels--they arrived as promised in just under a week! They got a little bit plumper after I washed them. My only suggestion would be a "mid-production" contact with the customer instead of only an email when the order was placed and a shipping email, though both of those were great.
