He took extra time to help me order the exact medallion I wanted, he found one on hand that he didn'tthink he had, so thankfully he spent extra effort looking around. I needed it quickly and he expedited it to me, it arrived a day earlier than expected! It's a gorgeous medallion and I was able to gift it the other day, made everyone happy! 5 plus stars!!

Site is organized very well and easy to operate and items are delivered as advertised. I paid for expedited delivery and was pleasantly surprised when the shipment arrived as specified, not always the case in online small retailers.

Very pleased with the product and the customer service! There was a glitch in my delivery and I reached out by email (as it's recommended to do) to the owner, John Gall, with my concern that a medallion I ordered would not arrive in time for my sponsee's anniversary date. I got a quick response and explanation that it was likely an error on USPS' part and to give it 1-2 days. I was reassured I'd receive replacement tokens if necessary. Sure enough, he was right, and the medallions arrived the next day - the actual day they were scheduled to arrive. Shipping was quick and the the medallions are as described. I ordered the Antique Reflex Dusty Blue and the Reflex Glow In The Dark Gold Plated White Sobriety medallion. Very happy with the quality of both. I'll be back for more!

Happy Customer I like the selection. The tokens I've ordered either look as good or better when I receive them and they're shipped in a timely manner. I've always received them on time or earlier. I would like a promotion that would provide an extra discount with larger orders. That would be awesome. I'm very satisfied with this shop.
