My foster loved it until the medication changed his appetite The food is great and my forever foster Jax loved it at first but once we put him back on Trilostane his taste changed and he will no longer eat it. Not even heated up. A few of my other dogs like it so I am just feeding it to them. Wish his appetite didn't change because I was hoping this diet would help him. He prefers canned prescription food right now so fingers crossed it changes soon!

Food was excellent everything else not so much so… The food was very good look much better then the other fresh food companies. I have tried them all. My dog had no issues she really liked it. Unfortunately it’s very expensive even for a 15 lb dog more so than all the other companies. Their website is very difficult to navigate almost impossible to do basic things like changing menu selection. The delivery company they used for me was horrible.

Was hoping for a better outcome My dog didn’t tolerate the food even with a slow transition (diarrhea resolved after stopping Chi Dog). For $100 I was supposed to get 2 weeks of food, but it was nowhere near his caloric needs for two weeks. One of the emails I received requested feedback on how my dog was doing on Chi Dog. I replied to the message and never received a response. All the brochures and instructions are full of typos. They need a proof reader to help with credibility.

We've just received our second… We've just received our second shipment. It is taking a bit longer than anticipated for both of our girls (Rat Terriers) to adjust to the new food. We do however, love the fresh approach ingredients and how they are created in element form. Stay tuned for updates.
