Food was excellent everything else not so much so… The food was very good look much better then the other fresh food companies. I have tried them all. My dog had no issues she really liked it. Unfortunately it’s very expensive even for a 15 lb dog more so than all the other companies. Their website is very difficult to navigate almost impossible to do basic things like changing menu selection. The delivery company they used for me was horrible.

Was hoping for a better outcome My dog didn’t tolerate the food even with a slow transition (diarrhea resolved after stopping Chi Dog). For $100 I was supposed to get 2 weeks of food, but it was nowhere near his caloric needs for two weeks. One of the emails I received requested feedback on how my dog was doing on Chi Dog. I replied to the message and never received a response. All the brochures and instructions are full of typos. They need a proof reader to help with credibility.

Recommend you give it a try It’s quality and makes energetics easier/accessible. I don’t love that carbs aren’t optional though I understand millet is gluten free. I also don’t like that size is 13.8 oz instead of 16 oz. I wish more information was on the website in terms of sourcing and explaining what chelated vitamins/minerals are. That said the vet actually responds and offers 15 minutes time slots for questions, which is amazing and unique. It’s worth a try if you’re curious. I just can’t tell if it’s right for my dog as I am still figuring out what proteins she is sensitive to.

My 16 year old sheltie is in early kidney failure… My 16 year old sheltie is in early kidney failure and stopped eating his prescribed kidney diet and his dry dog food and was dropping weight in a swift amount of time. My vet got the point of just saying for him to eat chicken and rice everything with some add ins to balance his food. I decided to try chi dog for the kidney support, just to see if it would help, and he loves it! I see more pep in his step and I can tell he is putting back on some weight!

They were understanding when I… They were understanding when I explained my older sick dog did not do well with the food. She is too picky. I was reimbursed without asking. This was a kind thing to do and it shows that the company cares about their customers.
