GBTotal sham scam and rip off I tried this 11/18/23 and attempted to see a movie while on a getaway in branson, MO. No bueno would NOT work. Charged $10. Charged another $10 12/18/23 and tried to see a movie in Fayetteville, AR an hour from my home...again would NOT work and had to pay. Charged another $10 1/18/23 and tried here at my local theater...said NO movies were showing and all 6 theaters were playing movies. I canceled and they said they will NOT Refund my $. Had to get my credit card company involved..this is a scam DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GBCHAT LINE NOT RESPONDING I just contacted their CHAT line that says I'll be connected to an agent. That was 20 minutes ago and still NO ONE RESPONDED! Not to mention the show times for New Movies are few or very early in day or late at night like the last show!

GB2.0 is a yes for me My second go around with movie pass has been delightful. I have the 20 dollar plan and have already seen 5 movies at 3 different theaters with credits to spare. I do wish I could reserve tickets prior to being at the movie theater in order to get preferred seats but if there is a new release I don’t mind going to the theater early to reserve my ticket. At 4 dollars a movie, it’s totally worth it.

GBNeeding a resolution! I want to use my card! Even after sending a screenshot of my most recent payments, my account is still showing past due. My card hasn’t been working and another payment was taken from my bank account on Mon Feb. 4 I keep getting messages from Movie Pass apologizing yet not providing a resolution!. It’s been about 2 weeks and still nothing. No assistance

GB2nd time I’ve gone to theater with app… 2nd time I’ve gone to theater with app error. Today no showtimes for any theaters no movies. Support article at site says resolved July 29 Today July 31. Previously had problem with MoviePass card. Customer sent me email 2 weeks later. Today's support says it will take them sometime to reply because they are swamped with issues. For 2$ more I can just get they’re chains 3 movies per week and reserve online.
