I agree I agree! A total scam. Buyer beware! We tried to do this on the black Friday deal. They had so much business that they got orders very mixed up. After many emails, and no return of our money and continued charges in spite of being canceled perhaps finally they got the message. We only got $10 back in spite of Moore being charged. On top of that they continued to write the same note the same apologies email after email in spite of my responses! Mary

Used it once & cancelled subscription Kludgy app and the folks at the theatre had no idea how to help. Worse than that, though, they said the cost of the movie was 18 credits but tacked on a 7 credit charge for purchasing online. So it actually cost 25 credits. Went through the app and found no reference to additional charges for online purchases. I cancelled my subscription during the trailers….

CHAT LINE NOT RESPONDING I just contacted their CHAT line that says I'll be connected to an agent. That was 20 minutes ago and still NO ONE RESPONDED! Not to mention the show times for New Movies are few or very early in day or late at night like the last show!

Zero Stars If I could leave zero stars I would. I joined and changed my mind before they even sent me the card because they wouldn't respond to emails. After repeated emails to tell them I wasn't joining and to return my subscription money, they refused to respond. I never used their service, never even downloaded their app or created an account. I wound up having to dispute the charge through my bank.

Deceptive business practice I signed up for the movie pass with my credit card and received my pass. After reading all these horrible reports, I did not activate my card. They automatically activated my card without my permission and started charging it. I contacted them many times, but you can not reach any at customer service; they don't have any people to respond to your cancellation emails. Totally a scam; the New York DA office must take action to close these scammers and the con artists.
