GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST ONLINE DVD COMPANY. The worst online company by far for purchasing DVDs. They send defective merchandise and then when you try and get a working replacement their customer service department is nonexistent. They do respond to your emails and when they finally do, they won't correct a problem. Very customer unfriendly. Do not use this company.

CAFRAUD --TAKING MONEY BY DECEIT NO DVD -RIP-OFF Same story as everyone else I live in Canada and their website saud ship to Canada 6-8 days April 13 2024 ordered DVD they lied pretending to have in stock . Paid $30 ORDER # 174447154 Never received order, No tracking number I requested refund Customer servicve person Ivy told me to wait until June 11 2024 then call back.. Complete rip -off

GBThis is the worst customer service on the planet!! This is the worst company on the internet. It took me 2 months of back and forth email for a refund on an item then claimed they didn’t carry anymore. Then they just stopped responding... SCAM ARTISTS. AVOID!!!!

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They do not ship an ordered and paid for DVD and do not respond to your emails. Ordered the lion king DVD for my daughter on 26 December and still not received and have sent 14 emails to their customer service dept! WARNING - do not use this company they will steal your money

GBWorst Ever Online Experience DVD order not delivered after 1 month, money taken from my credit card, no response to several emails. NEVER USE AGAIN
