Avoid Avoid! The customer service is garbage. After years and many dollars spent the customer service is what pushed me away. Not only getting hung up on... treated rudely and nothing done for the lack of help... will be taking my business elsewhere. Again, I'm telling you this as former customer... avoid this company...

worst ever These guys are in the biz of stealing money. They do not ship your movie. If you want to wait for months for your movie to ship, or just have to deal with their crappy support in INDIA then go with them. dvd empire should be called ripoff empire. JUNK

This is the worst customer service on the planet!! This is the worst company on the internet. It took me 2 months of back and forth email for a refund on an item then claimed they didn’t carry anymore. Then they just stopped responding... SCAM ARTISTS. AVOID!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE WORST ONLINE DVD COMPANY. The worst online company by far for purchasing DVDs. They send defective merchandise and then when you try and get a working replacement their customer service department is nonexistent. They do respond to your emails and when they finally do, they won't correct a problem. Very customer unfriendly. Do not use this company.

Scam artists and unpprofessional! First I will state that despite giving DVD Empire a 1 star, I had no choice in order to write this review. They should receivce a -5. The customer service is by far the worse I have ever encountered, They claim to have shipped an order for which I paid for yet they are unable to provide the proof of shipment, the tracking number, that I requested. They claim they do not have this information and that if I want it, that I have to contact UPS. This company is nothing but a scam and con. DO NOT buy from them! EVER!
