Recently I lost a very large DVD and CD collection and been utilizing Oldies’ site to replace my collection. Oldies has the BEST SELECTION, the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE staff, and Bernie is the VERY BEST problem-solver I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The prices are pretty good, most of the time, but I am willing to pay a little more for some rare items. I will be a loyal customer for a very long time!!

GBGreat selection for all time periods. I have been a customer of oldies.com for many years. My collection covers mostly the period from the mid-1950s to 1990. This year I decided to fill in some missing artists like Les Cooper, early Brenda Lee and the Five Satins. In addition I couldn't resist the many varied Christmas albums from this same period. Oldies.com did not let me down and they were available at great prices.

GBSimply the best site for older movies! I have been buying from OLDIES.com for a number of years.10+? I own more than 1000 movies with the vast majority coming from the decades of the 30's, 40's, and some from the 50's. Approximately 80% have been purchased through OLDIES.com. They have always given me fast and accurate shipping with competitive prices. I highly recommend their site over others. I have tried several and have been disappointed.

GBRefused Cancellation for our Unfulfilled Orders We placed multiple orders with Olides.com that were not fulfilled for two weeks (and counting), and when we asked for a cancellation, they refused. They said our orders would be canceled if they were not fulfilled within 10 days, 15 days later our orders still aren't cancelled. They oversell their merchandise and say it's out of their hands when you request a refund. Better luck with Amazon.

GBthis is a bait and switch operation --… this is a bait and switch operation -- I ordered a shipment of CD's; shipment arrived, but not all titles ordered were present, BUT they had changed the prices from the catalog price, this is bait and switch, plain and simple. I talked with customer service, who said "we can change prices anytime" and I then shipped the entire order back. USPS tracking confirmed receipt, and when I called a month later wondering where my check was, they said they gave me credit, and I had specifically told them I wanted refund. She promised a check within two weeks. Regardless, they increase prices from their catalog listing, beware
