GBAVOID-SCAM I ordered 4 records, all came in damaged covers, 1 was unplayable. I emailed customer service and was told I needed to call their customer service during their business hours. When I called, I was told a replacement was being shipped and given an ETA. After another 2 weeks waiting I contacted customer service again and was told nothing is being shipped and they won't honor a return. Don't waste your time, their packaging is terrible so if your order is damaged they won't do anything about it. I have email chains and phone logs to support this review.

GBI have been a loyal customer of… I have been a loyal customer of Oldies.com for many years. Recently I lost a very large DVD and CD collection and been utilizing Oldies’ site to replace my collection. Oldies has the BEST SELECTION, the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE staff, and Bernie is the VERY BEST problem-solver I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The prices are pretty good, most of the time, but I am willing to pay a little more for some rare items. I will be a loyal customer for a very long time!!

GBMade on demand may take longer than expect Order for Christmas was placed (12/2) well in advance of posted holiday deadline(12/8), wasn't delivered until well after Jan 1st. Contacted the company after 2 weeks of "order pending" and was told they don't know what's going on, but waiting. Only emails they instated were order placed (12/2), order shipped(12/29), order delivered(1/3/24).

GBOLDIES IS GREAT, BUT EXPERIENCING TWO PROBLEMS I like OLDIES.com and have purchased many cookie jars over the years/they've been great, until the last few/two probs/PROBLEM 1: the paint on some of them looks pretty bad: thin and not shiny, like the rest of the cookie jar/PROBLEM 2: the jars are packed in styrofoam, which is great, BUT ... with the last few, white styrofoam residue has been left on the jar, which I've had to remove ... gingerly, so as not to damage the paint/maybe another cushioning material?
