GBAmazing Customer Service From day 1 Sarah at ETI has been absolutely amazing to work with. She answered all our questions and saved us an insane amount of money on processing fees. She always has time for a phone call or email question and goes above and beyond for the customer. Travis got our terminals set up for instore and online purchases and made the process simple and easy for us. I cannot recommend them enough.

GBNo support on weekend Got the admin password on the following Monday. Travis called to follow up and made sure we could use it on the weekend. We ran test batches and the units performed well. I am satisfied with the service now. Still wish they had weekend support, but hopefully we won't need it. Thanks to Travis, a great job.
