So far so good So far so good. The process is pretty decent but not as user friendly as some services. You have to do some setup work and I'm still not 100% sure about how all the billing works but it was pretty strait forward to set it up on Gun broker and people paying with a credit card have had no trouble. I'm happy and I'm sure I'll figure the whole thing out pretty quickly.

Great Customer Service Everybody I've spoken to on the phone, there, is great and is happy to answer question. Joe Petretee has been especially helpful the number of times I've had to call and ask questions about this process or how something is supposed to work.

Amazing Customer Service From day 1 Sarah at ETI has been absolutely amazing to work with. She answered all our questions and saved us an insane amount of money on processing fees. She always has time for a phone call or email question and goes above and beyond for the customer. Travis got our terminals set up for instore and online purchases and made the process simple and easy for us. I cannot recommend them enough.
