Great Purchase Experience Fast shipping of samples, easy to contact, and gave clear, honest answers to our questions. Our custom-size rug arrived within the projected delivery window and it looks great. We are currently weighing the corners/edges down for a bit to eliminate the curl from shipping, but I can tell that we're going to love it. Customer services was great! I love my new rug! Customer services was great! Answered all my questions and in a very timely manner. The sample was large enough (6"x 7 1/2") to get a good idea of color and pattern and how it would feel under foot. I ordered a 4'x7' and it measured exactly 4x7, which was very important to me since there was less than 1/4" add'l space between the stove and island. Very pleased with my new kitchen rug and would definitely recommend RugsThatFit.
