GBTimely replacement Recently, an item I had purchased using the on-line auction service Jasper52 arrived broken. After informing the staff at Jasper52 of the situation, they contacted the seller. They also kept me informed of the status via email. In less than three weeks after contacting Jasper52, I received a replacement for the broken item. Excellent and very rapid response from all parties involved because the original and replacement items were both sent from Asia.

GBCUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE RESCUE! UPS screwed up the delivery (with multiple attempts to deliver to the wrong address before returning the item to the seller), but Jasper's customer service contacted the seller's (Galerie Prints) customer service, who sent the item to me via Uber. That's good customer service!
