Quality Gems , sparkling custom service. I bought several items from Jasper 52 auctions and had the total cost for it tallied up . The next day i noticed a charge higher than i had figured and looked into it on Live Auctioneers and then Jasper 52 customer service. The charge was by accident and i was reimbursed immediately. All fixed , no problems.

Timely replacement Recently, an item I had purchased using the on-line auction service Jasper52 arrived broken. After informing the staff at Jasper52 of the situation, they contacted the seller. They also kept me informed of the status via email. In less than three weeks after contacting Jasper52, I received a replacement for the broken item. Excellent and very rapid response from all parties involved because the original and replacement items were both sent from Asia.
