Timely replacement Recently, an item I had purchased using the on-line auction service Jasper52 arrived broken. After informing the staff at Jasper52 of the situation, they contacted the seller. They also kept me informed of the status via email. In less than three weeks after contacting Jasper52, I received a replacement for the broken item. Excellent and very rapid response from all parties involved because the original and replacement items were both sent from Asia.

Very well organized for the number of auctions they hold. But for a buyer looking for certain items, it's a nice auctioneer to follow since there is such a variety.
