Reliable for international orders When I have to order figures/statues internationally due to them not being available in Australia I go via Sideshow. Yes it does cost more and shipping is expensive, but it beats not being able to get it at all lol. That said if you are getting things that are quite expensive, keep an eye on the total because go over that $1k AUD and you get hit with customs/duties and it adds up fast.

First Purchase & Not Last!! This was my first time purchasing a hot toys figure ever! I’m so happy to have done my purchase directly with Sideshow! The shipping was extremely fast and a great coupon was applied! Even though my figure had a factory defect, the customer service I received from Casey was top notch! I was mailed a brand new figure piece in the same week! I’m so happy with my experience with sideshow collectibles!!

A Compliment and A Little More I like your products and I took a break for a while but got tempted with this Unruly Spider-Man. Anyway, it was quick and the product shipped quickly and I'm happy with it. I added it to my Superman and Batman "Unrulies". Now I'd like the Wonder Woman but it's not in stock. One criticism - I don't think your website is particularly user friendly, especially on a mobile phone. It's wonky. Oh, the other thing is that I really didn't like losing my reward points from the past. You shouldn't take them away. It kept me from coming back for a while. We shouldn't be penalized for not buying within a short time window. Anway, that's it. A couple of ideas you should work on.

Great Products But the Shipping is to High Prints and statues are always great quality. Sideshow provided great communication in terms of shipping updates and delivery status. My only gripe is the cost of shipping. Sideshow products are indeed great quality which means the prices themselves are costly so tacking on a fairly high shipping cost does make me halt from buying more. Prints in particular it would be great to have more free shipping promotions or consolidated shipping. The tubes that they are shipped in are secure, but if I were to buy multiple prints, you could just put them in a box and charge a single shipping cost instead of shipping on each tube. BBTS does this, not to mention their flat $4 dollar shipping albeit the cost of their items are slightly more expensive, the saving in shipping more than justifies it. Hope this helps!
