GBAll in all it was an excellent… All in all it was an excellent experience, it was a pre-order so it was about an 8 mo wait total. But the item was exceptionally packaged and looked amazing when I got it! I believe her name was Katie in customer service, assisted me with my order. She was awesome! There's no other way to put it. I would definitely do business with them again!

GBOrdered then canceled after waiting 6… Ordered then canceled after waiting 6 months. Tried to use a coupon but said it didn’t apply to unshipped orders. Meanwhile the coupon expired and the figure never shipped. They could never send it but still sent daily marketing emails. The process was a complete waste.
