GBA Compliment and A Little More I like your products and I took a break for a while but got tempted with this Unruly Spider-Man. Anyway, it was quick and the product shipped quickly and I'm happy with it. I added it to my Superman and Batman "Unrulies". Now I'd like the Wonder Woman but it's not in stock. One criticism - I don't think your website is particularly user friendly, especially on a mobile phone. It's wonky. Oh, the other thing is that I really didn't like losing my reward points from the past. You shouldn't take them away. It kept me from coming back for a while. We shouldn't be penalized for not buying within a short time window. Anway, that's it. A couple of ideas you should work on.

CAOverall Great Experience Packages showed up on time, in good condition, and with no broken/missing parts. Only real complaint doesn't even apply to Sideshow, but it's the absurd cost of shipping. Outrageous at the moment, and it's the only thing that makes buying from them internationally a treat vs a habit.

GBAll in all it was an excellent… All in all it was an excellent experience, it was a pre-order so it was about an 8 mo wait total. But the item was exceptionally packaged and looked amazing when I got it! I believe her name was Katie in customer service, assisted me with my order. She was awesome! There's no other way to put it. I would definitely do business with them again!
