I have been working with Zatista now for probably over ten years and am pleased with their service and the quality of art that they accept. My questions have always been answered to my satisfaction and I am also pleased with the placement of my pieces, many times, prominently on the first page or two..

GBLet the art stand Zatista customer service reached out and gave me a credit for a new frame, even though I told them that wasn’t necessary, but they did it anyway! Now, my art hangs beautifully in my foyer and I love seeing it every day. I’m already planning my next purchase! I highly recommend Zatista!

GBSlow and confused. Shipping was very slow. The artist took almost two weeks to ship the painting, and so it took nearly a month to arrive from England. A second piece, a photograph, was never sent. Zatista stayed in communication and kept us informed, but the artist mis-labeled the size on Zatista’s website, then found that the piece was damaged, then couldn’t make a replacement as promised. All told, mediocre at best.
