Zatista is an expertly curated website that helps artists to find new collectors for our art. After several of my paintings have been sold by Zatista, I have received excellent staff support. Staff have been quick to answer questions. Zatista also does a really good job of promoting art, for example through regular emails to customer list.

Everything was done very well except… Everything was done very well except one little surprise. I was not told that UPS would be calling me to get my SSN# because Customs was holding the painting. The timing of their call was inconvenient but required that I deal with it immediately. This should have been handled by Zatista during the collection of shipping information. At the least, I should have been warned to expect to get a call from a stranger wanting my SSN#. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
