Cheated out of my money I purchased a 3 month crate subscription. After 2 very bad crates, I decided to cancel the sub so that I wouldn't be able to get charged for 3 more months after this sub was done. When the final crate was supposed to be delivered, it wasn't. It wasn't until I contacted them twice during the week following when the crate was to be delivered that I heard back from them. They stated I wouldn't get a final crate because I cancelled my subscription before it arrived, and won't refund the money I paid upfront for the 3 month sub, as they don't give refunds. Worst business model and customer experience I've ever dealt with in my life.

No games came in. Still. They "handed away" a compensation tittle, a DLC to be exact, that requires the base game to be redeemed. On top of that support is just "resolved" hammering the tickets without asking if it's final or any other questions are in place. Bad Service. Bad experience. Scammer attitude. Awful Service! The games you get are worthless for the price you pay, not only that they don't have a refund system and you have to send a email to cancel your subscription (which i have done and requested i get a refund but they wont and they still haven't canceled my subscription! I Highly regret buying from them. Stay away!

Scamers It's totally fraud, 1 month ago they give me one use free subscription but they ask me my credit card info. it's ok i bought 1 month free subscription, today they renewal my subscription without my permission for 33$. I never agree that. Than i'm opened ticket in their support, they answered me that they don't make refunds and removed my subscription. WITHOUT REFUND!

BUYER BEWARE They keep lying that you will get your games in a few hours, contacted them 6 times, now they stop replying at all. I still don't have any games yet. They don't worth a dime, BUYER BEWARE. Purchase at huge discount from Slashdot Deals, they usually got good deals but this one don't deliver what I paid for.
