GBAbsolute awful customer service Absolute awful customer service whereby they don't adhere to distance buying and selling regulations. Incredibly unhelpful and damn right rude on telephone and via email. Avoid at all costs!

GBHorrible. We have waited two days still no code We purchased the 2100 points from them. Made two attempts by phone, two by email, and one by live chat of which none worked. In the end we have still heard nothing from them we ultimately opted to go to the store and buy a card since we still haven't heard anything. Buyers be warned!!!!!!

GBVery poor I would like to know where my order is I never received the parcel still hasn't come not happy and than asking me to write a review ....,,, to reply they have refunded my money than why would you ask me to do a review just because I won't let them have my landline no cpamy has it I don't want phones call them they had my mobile and that was good enough so thanks again for your sarcastic message and please don't ever email me again. Yes I understand that put I have the right not to give out my phone number and when I order the parcel it prompt me for my number which it didn't and as you say you all about security post a e- mail on website showing I've had refund on what date and showing the end of card number well done !! As customer I won't us your site again and I will tell everyone I know ...

GBInstant? 12 hours after paying, still waiting... I certainly haven't received my order in "seconds". Well, it's 50,000 seconds since payment was taken, and I'm still waiting.... Google search for "microsoft points instant" and unfortunate to land up here. Daughter desperate, so went to GamePointsNow and time from hitting confirm payment to email code arriving was 7 seconds. Now I notive other complaints where Gamesbite say "your order went to review" and that's their excuse. Mine went past review quicky, to processing, so let's see....
