I tried phoning the number on their website, but when I said "Gamesbite" the person who answered hung up on me! Furthur calls went straight to voice mail. Unbelievable customer service!

GBJOKE!!! I was.supposed to receive a full refund of a controller "i" purchased which i couldnt use WITHOUT the usb they were supposed to provide, now i have received an email saying i have been refunded and there isno money there!!! Defo telling my mates ect to.avoid this bulls**t company

GBStill Waiting I ordered my 1200 Microsoft points yesterday at 6:00pm and still haven't got the code, I've received two invoice emails and a welcome e-mail but haven't got the code. I am waiting.
