GBSlow delivery time and no updates for what you pay for shipping costs I placed my order on January 18th. As of today, February 6th, I STILL have not received my order nor have I had any updates on delivery. I have paid over $20 for shipping, albeit, I am in Hawaii, but I would think that if I am paying that much for shipping, it would not take over two weeks to receive it. I got my shipping notification the same day I made my order from UPS. Great! It's being shipped via UPS! There was no estimated delivery date, but hey, that's okay because UPS is relatively fast. January 25th, one week later, I check the status, and it says that it has reached California and transferred to the USPS! No notification via email. If I didn't check myself, I wouldn't have known. There's no link to track for USPS, so I need to go onto another website to check the status, and now the estimated delivery date is today, February 6th! Well, the mail has come and gone, and I still do not have my order. I am VERY disappointed to say the least. If I had some notification or estimated delivery time frame in the beginning when I ordered that it would take this long (what I ordered was a gift and the child's birthday has past already), I probably would not have ordered this item, especially with the cost of the shipping.

GBLazer Tag Game I bought 3 of the Lazer Tag Games and one of them did not work, even after replacing the batteries. The batteries needed are a small hearing aid type battery that is impossible to find. My grandkids were very disappointed.

GBThis is a very poor company to buy from... So, I purchased an item that was reviewed by Matt Granit...I bought it for my daughters birthday present and so she could use it for her classes. Scientific said it was shipped, we did not receive it...and they couldn't prove delivery. Rather than take care of the issue Scientific screwed around, I had to put the purchase in dispurpte and find another simular item. They don't make it easy to buy from, they don't make it easy to work with...in short they don't care about the Customer.

GBVery disappointed Very disappointed in the whole process. First you sent the wrong item. Then told me the right item would arrive in two days and when I called it hadn't even been sent yet. Then they told me I would not be able to get it by Christmas and the only thing that they could do is refund my money. I will probably never use your company again and never recommend you company to anyone.

GBShipping is terrible Shipping is terrible! they use Fed X that is usually always horrible with timely deliveries.
