NLTerrible, unhelpful, lazy. That's all Jagex CS is. Opened a ticket about a bug that affected my account very negatively. I got an automated response from Mod Adrijana, who, from a quick Google search, appears to always do this. This CS representative should be reprimanded, if not outright fired for refusal to do their job. Jagex, your customer support employees are the public face of your company. You should ensure they do what they're paid to do.

GBendless game-play endless game-play, multi national, good social venue for some hardened players, the glitches and bugs have been improved a considerable amount since i first started playing. the old school look by far my favourite theme is so fluid. they've made a great exciting game that can literally take over your life if you allow it.

CANo customer support. EVER If you ever need to contact jagex support to get your account back, just remember they won’t help, nor will they ever hear you out.. I spent the past 3 weeks trying to recover an account from 2003 and I can’t even get one J mod to look over my info.

NLDramatic support department Great game until u need support... One tip if you want to invest in this company, let them get their support department right first! my account is locked for security. To remove the lock from this I have to go into my old mail. However, I have no way to do this. Contacted the support department which is NOT there. They are not real people and do not look at your question at all. You can't give 0 stars otherwise Jagex would have definitely earned this one.

NLthis game is awfull this game is awfull, invested with bots and Jagex (runescape) allows it. Worst company ever
