GBDownload issue Steam is alright I guess, but when I was downloading call of duty which took like 2 days, the download randomly stopped, and I lost all the download progress.

GBWhat hasn't gone wrong What hasn't gone wrong. Used to be able to verify game files. Now it says game files verified when they are obviously not. My back ups are gone on my PC. You can't contact Steam you just get the runaround. Can't redownload the game in question. My issue isn't with 2XKgames it's with Steam. It used to be user friendly now it's a mess. I miss the days when you bought your PC games from the store on disk. At least you had the original you could reinstall from.

CATop notch company User since the beginning of Steam. Seen it evolving so much since! They are light, provides an excellent store experience, have great support, offers accessible ways for most operation, add modernity and flexibility every years, etc. They even push hard to support Linux! That amazing how many games can run on Linux nowadays thanks to Proton from Steam! And, most users are not aware, co-founder Gabe is also really pushing to provide fair services and open source tech.

LVRefund policy is awful I hate that they do not allow refunds for games that are played more than 2 hours. What if tutorial chapters and/or time to become familiar with the game takes 2 hours or more? What if no bugs and issues are found during first 2 hours? Never buy any game from steam unless you are absolutely CERTAIN that you will like it. Free games are different story.
