Do NOT Shop here I ordered 2 games off their site, separately because the first purchase came with a discount code. So i placed a second ordered and they lost it, I talked to customer support like several times, 3 times over the phone and on the phone they told me they could not find my order, and insisted it doesn’t exist. When i emailed them they said the order was delivered and then sent me my first orders details. I still never got my second game, but instead of admitting fault or trying to help me find the order or figure it out, they kept my money and insisted it was delivered even tho it never was. I did get the first game, but the second game never came and it feels like I’ll never see it. My card company declined to dispute the charges because the company claims they delivered my game. It’s been a month but I’m accepting the loss cause the gaslighting from this company is unbearable. There’s no point in arguing with hustlers. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I bought a 3ds XL with a two games, and got a cracked 3ds *LL (So it cant update or use the Eshop) with only one game that didn't have the box and the game didn't read.

They don't pick up the phone (don't even bother trying), and whoever is managing their email responses is an expert at dodging questions and stealing your money.
