GBDo NOT Shop here I ordered 2 games off their site, separately because the first purchase came with a discount code. So i placed a second ordered and they lost it, I talked to customer support like several times, 3 times over the phone and on the phone they told me they could not find my order, and insisted it doesn’t exist. When i emailed them they said the order was delivered and then sent me my first orders details. I still never got my second game, but instead of admitting fault or trying to help me find the order or figure it out, they kept my money and insisted it was delivered even tho it never was. I did get the first game, but the second game never came and it feels like I’ll never see it. My card company declined to dispute the charges because the company claims they delivered my game. It’s been a month but I’m accepting the loss cause the gaslighting from this company is unbearable. There’s no point in arguing with hustlers. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

GBThe gameboy color game I bought was a… The gameboy color game I bought was a bootleg copy. The gameboy color I bought does not work and keeps resetting after 1-2 minutes of gameplay. I am also unable to save my game. Their site did not allow me to leave a review. Each of the products I ordered had over 95% 5 star reviews, so it seems they internalize bad reviews and only show customers positive reviews

GB3 different games, all the same issues I ordered 3 different ps4 games; all of which came with damage to the cases and two of them in the wrong case all together. What further enraged the experience was that I specifically payed an extra $17 for one of the games to come in a case, only to find the corner cracked and missing a chunk. After messaging back and forth, with what appears to be either a bot or a script written response that kept passing the blame to their review team, the best they could do was a ‘sincere’ apology and a lousy 5% of my money back. I then further messaged to at least try and get the $17 back I specifically spent for a case and they denied it but graciously gave me a 10% off card for my next visit so I can go and give them more money. I wish I would’ve done more digging before buying but lesson learned and it will not happen again. Steer clear of this site if you can, you have been warned.

GBNice GameCube looks new I was skeptical of buying from this company because of the bad reviews. However, I thought I would give them a chance. I ordered a GameCube with controller & Memory Card. I also ordered a Nintendo 64 Rumble Pack. I’ve not received the rumble pack yet. The GameCube package was packed well and very secure. When opened the GameCube looked brand new. I received the orange model which is supposed to be region locked to Japan. It plays US games with no issue so maybe they converted it, I don’t know. As far as shipping, I saw no signs of drop shipping. The return label had the shipper as Retro vGames, and there were a couple of advertisements from them in the box. I’m giving 4 stars because the aftermarket controller does not work at all. I contacted them & they’re supposed to send a replacement. Hopefully, it will be fast. At least I had a spare GameCube controller of my own. I purchased an additional 1 year warranty so I’m covered if issues arise.

CABroken Xbox and poor customer service I bought a refurbished Xbox One. When it came it didn't work even though they said it was "thoroughly tested". I asked what was required to send it back, they told me and I followed the instructions. When I followed up they told me they needed more info which I didn't have and basically said there is nothing they can do about it. $300 down the drain with a broken product and horrible customer service
