GBAvoid this company at all costs! Same as everyone else here. Paid for a 'one off' IQ test for a bit of fun. Then receive an email saying thanks for subscribing we will be taking more money from your account etc, etc This is a despicable ploy. They rely on the smallest of small print. I immediately emailed to cancel my subscription. No doubt I will receive the same standard answer everyone else receives. What a bunch of scumbags these people are. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

DEthat you present graphics and symbols the test is using graphs and symbols - but intelligence is much more than that

GBI’ve just had £38 taken out of my bank… I’ve just had £38 taken out of my bank account for taking an IQ test which charged me £2.30 ish, I have asked for a refund and they have denied it as they said I signed up for a subscription, I would never have done this knowingly. They are low life scum do not have anything to do with the brainity site.

BREmbezzlers!!! Update: Money refunded... in the trustpilot page, they informed that I they sent a private message to me. They did it, but the message was telling me that they will not give my money back. That is unacceptable! Scams! Embezzler... ***Update***. After insisting on 2 complaints, the company contacted me and refunded the amount unduly charged.

GBTerrible scam Terrible scam, the company should be upfront that this is not only is charged to take a silly non genuine iq test but also hides very conveniently the fact you are signing up to a ridiculously priced yearly subscription. Wasted 10 mins on the test but thankfully I read t&Cs and noticed the scam. What's more telling is clearly they work on numbers game, those who complain they probably will refund although this is only speculation, they seem to reply to every complaint asking for details to "resolve". Those who don't care or do not realise they have entered a subscription will forget and not notice. $80 a year and it looks like a bunch of useless services no one would use, furthermore they clearly have paid a lot of money for Google ads, using menza in the title, this is not a real IQ test and flase advertising. Thousands of reviews, the company replies to most, you are aware so why not be transparent, provide this upfront and not employ bad practices to trick people put of hard earned money! I would have paid a one off charge of like £2 for a bit of fun and if this was published upfront. Very poor.
