Terrible scam Terrible scam, the company should be upfront that this is not only is charged to take a silly non genuine iq test but also hides very conveniently the fact you are signing up to a ridiculously priced yearly subscription. Wasted 10 mins on the test but thankfully I read t&Cs and noticed the scam. What's more telling is clearly they work on numbers game, those who complain they probably will refund although this is only speculation, they seem to reply to every complaint asking for details to "resolve". Those who don't care or do not realise they have entered a subscription will forget and not notice. $80 a year and it looks like a bunch of useless services no one would use, furthermore they clearly have paid a lot of money for Google ads, using menza in the title, this is not a real IQ test and flase advertising. Thousands of reviews, the company replies to most, you are aware so why not be transparent, provide this upfront and not employ bad practices to trick people put of hard earned money! I would have paid a one off charge of like £2 for a bit of fun and if this was published upfront. Very poor.

Absolutely vile company with vile… Absolutely vile company with vile practices, on Facebook you do an "IQ test" and you pat a couple of Euros for the results, then several days later your account gets hit with a fraudulent €38.80 charge that immediately alerted the bank, just another Eastern European scam ring making the Internet a less safe place to be, Avoid at all costs!

Embezzlers!!! Update: Money refunded... in the trustpilot page, they informed that I they sent a private message to me. They did it, but the message was telling me that they will not give my money back. That is unacceptable! Scams! Embezzler... ***Update***. After insisting on 2 complaints, the company contacted me and refunded the amount unduly charged.

SCAM SCAM! The IQ Test seemed professional and I was charged $3.37 Australian. They said If I did not cancel in 7 days I would be charged $58.80 AUD, so I cancelled immediately after test and received notification of cancelation from Brainety. The next day $58.82 was stolen out of my bank account by Virtiing*London. I have to cancel my credit card now and report scam to Bank.

I USED THEIR TEST ONE £3 NO WHERE DID IT SAY I WAS SUBSCRIBED. ABSOLUTE JOKE AND A POOR WAY TO MAKE MONEY. THEY ALSO FLATLY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND. SHAMEFUL COMPANY. SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE.
