Made an IQ test purchase. After a week they took an absurd amount from my account. I made a purchase of an IQ test, in the amount of ¥325 on February 24, using PayPal. This week on April 2 I found out that they made a transaction in which they took ¥5980 from my account. I researched more deeply and they took this same amount in the previous month on March 2. I requested a refund of my money on PayPal and nothing happened. I contacted their email and nothing happened. I was told that they will not return my money because I authorized the subscription. I am absolutely sure that I did not authorize any subscription . New update: I didn’t receive any e-mails fro them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM. LIKE SO MANY OTHERS HERE THEY TOOK £38 FROM MY BANK WITH NO AUTHORISATION. I USED THEIR TEST ONE £3 NO WHERE DID IT SAY I WAS SUBSCRIBED. ABSOLUTE JOKE AND A POOR WAY TO MAKE MONEY. THEY ALSO FLATLY REFUSE TO GIVE YOU A REFUND. SHAMEFUL COMPANY. SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE.

UPDATE 27 April 2024: UPDATE 27 April 2024: Still haven't received my refund even though I was promised I will be receiving it in my account soon. Trading standards should be taking action against this company when there are so many complaints about them.

Doesn't deliver as promised. No report, just score. It was hard to read some of the test and answers on a small screen like my cell phone. I had to guess a few because I couldn't read it. My score ended up about 10 to 15 points lower than paper test scores I can easily read. Edit info: I only received an overall score, no big report they promised.
