INGreat performance, not so great customer service I found out about anvilnode via google when i was trying to find a cheap host for hosting minecraft servers. I bought there service and was extremely pleased with the performance, No - Lag, No Restrictions to storage and bandwidth and plenty of ram and processing power. But what lead my experience poor with them is their customer support. It was extremely slow. I had around 6 tickets and all of them were answered by one guy and he would take anywhere from an hour to a couple days to reply, usually the latter. this made me really frustrated and wanting to switch.

GBGreat host for new servers I will be honest, canceling was a pain. But after working it out in the chat text with the employee named David, I got it sorted out nicely. The service overall was very nice when working with a minecraft server. The price was reasonable and the tutorials and ready to work customer service was very nice. Would recommend highly for anyone looking for a minecraft host. (Just know canceling the subscription may be a little difficult if you aren't chatting with a real person)

PHHorrible Customer Support I have been using Anvilnode as the hosting serving for my Minecraft server since May 2020 and have finally experienced what the other people have complained about. Tickets go unanswered for days, even when the problem is urgent. Their servers are not good at all. I've been monitoring using the Plan plugin and the node I'm at is at 98% CPU usage even though there are no people on my server. As soon as someone goes in, the server is already behind a few hundred ticks. I had been told that it was fixed but it obviously has not and it seems as if their customer support has iced me out and has not been responding at all. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

GBGood, a few hiccups Things started off very good for nearly a month no problems occured. Then "No space left in device" this ended up corrupting the modpack I was playing which was no problem considering I was almost done with it anyways. So I get started on Enigmatica 2: Expert get a decent chunk through the pack and then it happened again. If they can fix it so they never run out of space I would happily give 5 stars. (Was not the one paying for hosting, I just managed the server and played on it)

GBserver worked fine for the first few… server worked fine for the first few months but the past month Ive been getting some sort 'authentication failed' error on my panel.... they claim to have resolved it but it keeps coming back. also ticket responses have been getting awfully slow which was not happened before new year
