Started out great Started out great, everything was good, good prices and good support. After being with them for around a year it's been downtime, downtime, downtime and even more downtime. Livechat hasn't been online for 2 months, tickets take ages to get answered and support is generally horrible. This will soon go out of business for sure. Avoid this host.

Decent servers, terrible service Servers are decent but the TPS can drop significantly at times. Anvilnode's support is probably the worst I've ever seen - I've had a ticket open for 10 days and even talked to multiple staff members several times on their discord server and yet it is still being ignored. UPDATE: once they figured themselves out, they gave me an extra 15 days because of the delay.

10/10 In All Categories I am an experinced serer owner who has tried many companies like Shockbyte, MCProHosting, Host Horde, GGServers, BeastNode, Sapling Servers, ApexHosting, and FadeHost! I have run some big servers consisting of around 100-150 players per server and have been successful! But, they were always to laggy or the the support was horrible. Now, I decide to try Anvilnode and its just amazing with Cheap Prices, and Support top notch and its just the complete package! I think I will be with this host for a long time to come!

Great performance, not so great customer service I found out about anvilnode via google when i was trying to find a cheap host for hosting minecraft servers. I bought there service and was extremely pleased with the performance, No - Lag, No Restrictions to storage and bandwidth and plenty of ram and processing power. But what lead my experience poor with them is their customer support. It was extremely slow. I had around 6 tickets and all of them were answered by one guy and he would take anywhere from an hour to a couple days to reply, usually the latter. this made me really frustrated and wanting to switch.

Anvilnode has a great service at a fair… Anvilnode has a great service at a fair price. You will get exactly what you pay for, and even better in some cases. They have incredible customer service and will often answer a help ticket within a few hours of submitting it. While I have experienced some minor technical issues with their services where they were at fault, they were usually quickly rectified and compensated for. Overall, I would 100% recommend Anvilnode for hosting.
