After weeks of waiting... After weeks of waiting for my order to go through and messages from OnePlay about my item not being in stock yet the order war just removed with the notice that the order could not be handled. What!? Mucho irritating! If it wouldn't have been for a few other times when the ordering, payment and delivery has worked fine you would have received a lower grade.

Good price, fast delivery, and a working product. I ordered the command and conquer pack, very cheaply, and received confirmation at once, and the serial for the game pack at most 5 minutes later. The only thing I that annoyed me a little, was that i couldn't put two of the same game in the basket - I wanted a second copy for my girlfriend, but that's impossible in one go.

Problematic payment, otherwise good Haven´t it been for the problematic payment with Paypal (didn´t work at all even with multiple tries) I would have given a higher rating. However when switching to creditcard it worked as a charm, and I got my code directly and could start downloading right away. For this to be a 5 star experience there needs to be better spelling overall on the site (Swedish), working Paypal, show PCI compliance better,

Friendly support, bad service I caved in with their $1 VIP offer and subscribed for a year. The process of download and verifying my account was overly complicated and I only managed to figure out how it was supposed to work with the help of an online support member, which was available in chat right away and was friendly and helpful. The client though wouldn't recognize my password, and I wasn't even able to log in when said support member reset my password. I've been told my case would be forwarded to a tech staff member who would get back in touch with me the next day, but that didn't happen yet (was two days ago). Not very satisfied. I was not able to use their service so far. Worst case - I wasted a dollar. Well...

Do not recommend because of bad payment processing First, I tried to pay with Paypal and it didn't work. Got stuck every time with the message: "The payment wil now initiate in another window. If this window does not open automatically, Click here". Second, I paid with card and my order was flagged for fraud and got declined. This is new to me since I buy all the time from other online stores without any problems. My advice is to stay away from OnePlay.com if you don't want to hassle with bad payments.
