GBVery rigid customer support I contacted customer support for a few different concerns, and they were incredibly rigid. After I followed up, they outright ignored my follow-up inquiries. Rather than trying to make things right by their customer as a new site, they were very rigid. It felt like I was talking to a robot, or AI. Customer support might as well not exist if there isn't a human capable of discernment, or escalation system. There are many other Social Casino sites out there. I haven't had a bad experience at Stake, Luckyland, Chumba, Fortune Coins, Sportzino, or Zula Casino. For a new site, they could easily win over long-term customers by trying to work with customers for fair solutions.

GBStay away! Stay away!! Support is non existent for simple issues. Had an issue with my email and tried to change it, no answer. (Both direct email and submitting a form on the help site) Messaged them on social media, no response. Just now left a phone message but it’s a generic answering machine so I don’t have much hope I’ll get a response. I have pending withdrawals, but radio silence going on a week now (not even an email). They did approve my initial withdrawal, but nowhere close to what I spent. They just need to refund me at this point minus the processed withdrawal. Once they make this right (if they do at all) I’ll update this to 5 stars, for their accountability. Stay away!! GBSo Spree.com So Spree.com. A new casino with an interesting design and a nice layout. I was initally enjoying the casino quite a bit. Good selection, not the easiest to navigate but easy enough. Some of the games wouldn't load, but otherwise everything worked well. I did have some trouble with redeeming a small amount of winnings. They claimed they had some technical issue, then stated they were solved after 2.5 weeks and several emails back and forth, and I received my redemption. If the games all loaded and the payout timeframe was quicker I would give 5 stars. Perhaps I get a future redemption and can test it out. If so, and it goes quicker and smoother, I will upgrade it to 5 stars. For those that gave low reviews on this site, hopefully you received your redemption. Considering they did pay out, it is at least a 4 star casino currently in my opinion. Edit: To respond to their response, first off my name is not Dustine its Dustin. Not sure how you messed that up. Secondly, I am closing my account at your casino right now so it doesn't matter anymore.
