GBAs my 1989 self would say, "JJ Games is Totally Legit!" After reading all the negative feedback regarding JJ Games, I was a little worried. However, I placed an order for a Nintendo NES and a number of Nintendo games through the JJ Games website on a Thursday. I received everything ordered, in the exact condition expected, within 10 business days. The prices comparable if not lower than anywhere else I looked. There are inventory labels on the sides of the games but they don't affect the workability. I am more than pleased with my JJ Games experience and will be ordering from them again.

GBAverage retro game business. But a tad inflated. This site used to be a fantastic place to stock up on those missing games in your collection as they used to be the most fairly priced site for retro games. Key words USED TO. They’ve inflated prices on some retro games almost 50% their average going price! For example; as I’m writing this review the average going price for a copy of Mega Man 4 on the NES is about $30-$35. They have it listed on their site for $70! I understand they’re a self made business and all and need to put food on their table but that’s serious price gouging and that’s unacceptable in this market. Revert your prices to fair expense and you’ll get way more business. Keep up the price gouging and you’ll sadly end up out of business as majority people will not pay those prices.

GBGoing out of business and just don’t care! I’ve ordered from them for years but my recent order was shipped and now at UPS somewhere and JJGames cannot be bothered and UPS cannot give me any additional info.(probably because they owe UPS) My special needs son saved his money to buy from them after Christmas and now they are going out of business. All communication with them was it isn’t our problem. No wonder they are going out of business. Just horrible and upsetting!!

GBWill not respond I ordered a Gameboy Advance SP. They sent me an item not matching the description, so I asked for a refund, and they decided not to respond after I told them what was wrong with the item. It's been over a week now and I really need to return this system, however their awful customer service (if you even want to call it that) decided not to respond to me after asking what the problem was. YES. They asked me what the problem was, I told them the problem, and they never responded. Terrible company, I've only ever heard negative things about them. Do not buy anything from them.

GBCrap Cheap Company That Sells Broken Crap Ordered a N64 controller and it came broken. When returning they didn't give me a full refund even though shipping was free when I bought the item. They also told me they would send me another controller if they had one and I never received a message about it, only partial refund.
