GBNothing bad to say! Shipping is fairly average, which is not a big deal for me. I always buy cheap, used games from them, and I always receive them in great condition as stated online. Everything is always good, no broken discs or any problems.

GBDO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I recently ordered a PlayStation one game from Jjgames. I never received comfirmation of payment or shipping and the game took 10 days to arrive. When I opened the flimsy cardboard package that it was shipped in the game was broken in 3 separate places. I am still waiting back to hear if I will even get a refund. To add insult to injury they sent me an expired coupon with my order for a discount on another game from their website. Do not waste your time or money.

GBWill not respond I ordered a Gameboy Advance SP. They sent me an item not matching the description, so I asked for a refund, and they decided not to respond after I told them what was wrong with the item. It's been over a week now and I really need to return this system, however their awful customer service (if you even want to call it that) decided not to respond to me after asking what the problem was. YES. They asked me what the problem was, I told them the problem, and they never responded. Terrible company, I've only ever heard negative things about them. Do not buy anything from them.

GBPoor communication, slow shipping Had to threaten to reverse the charges through PayPal to hear back from someone, they don't give a tracking number and told me now that getting a single game that shipped on the 9th may arrive in up to 14 days (on the 23rd) depending on USPS. I would recommend to pay a few more dollars and get games from another company that is more responsive and gives tracking numbers.

GBAverage retro game business. But a tad inflated. This site used to be a fantastic place to stock up on those missing games in your collection as they used to be the most fairly priced site for retro games. Key words USED TO. They’ve inflated prices on some retro games almost 50% their average going price! For example; as I’m writing this review the average going price for a copy of Mega Man 4 on the NES is about $30-$35. They have it listed on their site for $70! I understand they’re a self made business and all and need to put food on their table but that’s serious price gouging and that’s unacceptable in this market. Revert your prices to fair expense and you’ll get way more business. Keep up the price gouging and you’ll sadly end up out of business as majority people will not pay those prices.
