BUT then the next day I was trying to upload a Minecraft mod pack to the server and I kept getting a error so I went to support again and they never responded its been 2 days... Since they don't want to help me I just decided to go to a different host. the only good thing was the price with a code for 60% off.

Scam Scammers, the servers aren't as good as promised and the monthly suscription can't be cancelled, you gotta change the data of your credit/debit card

Dont buy from theminecrafthosting There was no where where you can cancel the subscription and you couldnt cancel it after the payment. I wrote a support ticket under thr 24 hours of the payment and theyre unprofessional and dont give enough evidence. The staff are 9 years old and dont know how to do their job. If you buy from them good luck having a laggy server with 10 people online.
