ESaccidently bought a server in the wrong… accidently bought a server in the wrong region. I decided to contact them for help and in less than 3 hours they solved my problem. The service is really friendly and patient to beginners with Minecraft.

ESIt's a real scam It's a real scam. I hired a 6Gb minecraft server on February 2. It was working for 2 days and after it went down, according to them... "the node I'm on has gone down", I have written 2 tickets and none have been answered, I also talk to them via live chat and I don't they answer me 4 days without a server, I have requested a refund on PayPal and we will see how it resolves. Disastrous service, attention and customer care. I do not recommend it at all because once you give them the money, they ignore you and make excuses. A node does not take so long to build because I work in server maintenance and I know that it is not like that.

DKterrible customer service and uptime My friends and I have been renting a server from these guys for soon to be 2 months. In this time frame the server has been down for a WHOLE week, with them ignoring all the tickets send in and now later on, the server is down again for 4 days at the time of writing this review and so far they have ignored all tickets again. i cannot recommend this company as they are simply ignoring their customers. when the servers do work, it has been running mostly as expected, with minor lag mostly due to buying the cheaper package i presume.
