ESScam Scammers, the servers aren't as good as promised and the monthly suscription can't be cancelled, you gotta change the data of your credit/debit card

GBTerminated my server without notice I really enjoyed using this to keep my minecraft world in, I didn't get an invoice one month and they terminated my server without any warning. When I submitted a ticket, they were pretty rude letting me know it was deleted so they weren't going to even look into it. I spent a year building on that server so it sorta sucks we've lost all that progress. What can you do? This is pretty awful customer service though.

NOBought a server but got nothing When i first bought ther sesrvice / server i had some problems with the server. I then made a ticket on their website but nothing happend. after that i tryed getting a refund. I created a ticket through paypal, where i said i wanted a refund. Then as a massage back from TheMinecraftHosting: Make another ticket on their website. Close this dispute because your service will be terminated. After that i thought i just lost my money and the service i wanted. But after ca 2-3 months, their sending mails with overdue invoices. Ive tryed creating tickets on their website but no awnser from them. Pluss its saying i have to pay for "Late Fee" (reply to the comment: Ive sent in a ticket over 3 daysago, and still no answer)
