Outstanding Customer Service/Awesome Boards Ordered our boards and chose our bag colors. The boards are awesome but the wrong color bags were sent. I emailed customer service and received a prompt reply followed by a fast delivery of the correct bags. Could not be happier or more satisfied!

Happy with the "scratch and dent" set I… Happy with the "scratch and dent" set I bought for $100 However, paying anything above that would be a major disappointment. The edges of the wood are all sharp ( a quick sandpaper rub fixed it tho) The frame is all unfinished wood which will need to be stained or have a protective coating applied otherwise the wood will not last if used outdoors. The "scratch " purchase came with 8 bags which are corn filled due to the dust that comes out of them. While corn not specified in the item description, I would have preferred plastic resin for outdoor use.

Poor shipping quality control Love the products and we use them exclusively in our local mens league. Unfortunately my personal order was a fail. Order the premium boards with 8-ply tops but after waiting weeks to arrive received the standard boards with weak 5-ply tops. Now after two emails still no answer from the company on how they make it right. Very disappointing.

Solid buying experience Solid buying experience. Good variety of the products under consideration and timely order fulfillment. Minor hiccup - it wasn't that easy to differentiate between product images on website so I spent extra time making sure I was picking the correct item. Fixing that and slightly better pricing would push this to five stars. So, well above average experience and I love the bags.

Exceptional Customer Service Unfortunately my pool tattoo did not work out but the customer service I received was awesome. Shout out to Ryan! If I was just rating on customer service alone - I'd give 5 stars. I'll come back to Slick Woody's!
