Satisfied Overall, I was satisfied with the product to give as a gift. I was disappointed on the day of opening because I noticed there were two corners of the boards that appeared to be damaged with a rippled effect in the lamination. Not sure if the damage was due to the packaging it came in with shipping or the quality of the product. I will also add that I expected the top of the board to have a legit sealed wood effect, however, it looks like a laminated wood print. Also the item did not come in time for Christmas, no discount was offered.

Exceptional Customer Service Unfortunately my pool tattoo did not work out but the customer service I received was awesome. Shout out to Ryan! If I was just rating on customer service alone - I'd give 5 stars. I'll come back to Slick Woody's!

Ordered outdoor boards Ordered outdoor boards, but after 2 weeks, received a message that the order was cancelled! No explanation at all. I tried to contact via email, no response. Thru online chat, no response. And thru phone call, no answer! why no response? i've seen lots of comments that they have terrible customer service, so looks like its still true.

Outstanding Customer Service/Awesome Boards Ordered our boards and chose our bag colors. The boards are awesome but the wrong color bags were sent. I emailed customer service and received a prompt reply followed by a fast delivery of the correct bags. Could not be happier or more satisfied!

The boards themselves are decent to… The boards themselves are decent to play on. We have the premium boards and there is no bounce (which is great). The description clearly states the tops are made from Birch and they are very obviously construction grade plywood. The hole is also rounded and we're under the impression that they are supposed to be straight cut with barely sanded edges.
