Never say you got scammed actually not. Paypal payment is not always instant, sometimes Paypal notification delayed, check your payment status and order history, and if your Paypal E-mail address is a different one, check Paypal E-Mail box. Contact live support if you hesitated or really need a game urgently. Update your reviews if you got a refund or problem fixed. Tell the world the truth.
