Asks For Account Details To Deliver Product I don't trust any company that asks me to create a temporary password in order for them to log into my account and add a product. If I'm paying for a key code I expect the key code to be delivered. Ended up asking for a refund and buying elsewhere.

Send them a picture with my name on it for 'security'? I tried to buy a CD key for Borderlands 2 Season Pass. I signed up, placed the order, and paid through PayPal. No problem. I've done this many times before with other websites. After my money left my PayPal account, these people decide to send me an email asking to send them a picture with my name on it. After a lengthy conversation with a rep in chat, they refunded me. I would have just preferred to get the key. I shouldn't have to send them any more. They had my money. And now, Paypal has decided to put a hold on my refund while they investigate. Thanks cdkeyexpress for wasting my time.
